  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. For the mayonnaise, put the egg, oil, salt and mustard in a tall container and use the hand blender to make mayonnaise. Make sure that everything has the same (room) temperature.
  2. Dice all other ingredients and mix with the mayo to make an egg salad. Let it soak in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, add salt and pepper if necessary.
