Ingredients

  • 1 glass cherry (s)
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 40 g suar
  • 1 point pudding powder, vanilla
  • 500 ml milk
  • 40 g suar
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 250 g cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • 250 ml egg liqueur
  • Chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Put the cherries in a saucepan. Remove 5 tablespoons of the juice and pour into a cup. Add 40 g sugar and cornstarch to the cup and stir until smooth with a fork. Heat the cherries and add the contents of the cup. Stir until the cherries thicken. Caution, burns quickly! Put in a bowl and let cool.
  2. Rinse the saucepan and pour in the milk. Put the pudding powder in a cup, add 40 g sugar and mix with 4-5 tablespoons of the milk with a fork until smooth. Bring the milk to the boil and add the contents of the cup. Stir constantly until the pudding is thick.
  3. Mix the quark, sour cream, sugar and lemon juice together. Gradually add the pudding and stir. Whip the cream with sugar and cream stiffener and stir into the quark pudding mixture.
  4. Put on the cooled cherries. Pour eggnog over it and decorate with chocolate sprinkles. Place in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
