Ingredients

  • 150 g oatmeal
  • 130 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g flaxseed meal
  • 65 g almonds, chopped
  • 60 g hazelnuts, or walnuts
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoon psyllium husks
  • 350 ml water
  • 3 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, or honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients. Pour water, honey and oil over it and stir. Pour into a loaf pan. Cover with a towel. Let soak in a warm place for 2 hours. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C. Then turn out onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for another 40 minutes.
