Ingredients

  • 300 g oatmeal
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 g almond (s), chopped
  • 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 4 pinches cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 150 g apricot (s), dried, finely chopped
  • g 1,500 yourt or 1.5 l milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all the flakes, kernels and nuts in a bowl. Heat the clarified butter and honey in a large pan. Add the muesli mixture and roast over a medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Take out of the pan and let cool down. Mix with the apricots. Serve muesli with yogurt or milk. Also good as a snack in between. Since the mass is very sticky, it can also be shaped into a bar before cooling. The perfect and healthy snack for the children or at work.
