Ingredients

  • 2 small apples
  • 180 g rapes, reen
  • 60 g oatmeal
  • 200 g yourt, possibly low in fat
  • 2 handfuls red currants, frozen
  • 4 teaspoons cereals (enzyme fermentation)
  • 0.5 liter ½ bread drink

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, quarter them, and cut each quarter into wedges.
  2. Halve the grapes and remove the seeds.
  3. Thaw the frozen red currants at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, or place in the refrigerator overnight if preparing ahead.
  4. Mix the oatmeal and cereals together.
  5. Add the apples, grapes, and thawed currants to the oatmeal mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Whisk the yogurt until smooth and creamy, then pour over the fruit and oatmeal mixture.
  7. Add a quarter liter (250 ml) of bread drink to each serving.
