- 160 g flour
- 160 g suar
- 160 g butter
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

- Sift the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and the baking powder. Add the softened butter and eggs and mix well until it becomes a firm dough.
- Half fill each paper mold. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 15 - 20 minutes at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat).
- The batter is enough for approx. 12 muffins.
