- 2 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoon xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 2 Table spoons milk
- 2 tablespoon baking cocoa
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Put all the ingredients in a coffee cup and mix well. Now put the cup in the microwave for 2 minutes at full power. The cake will rise in the microwave, but will collapse a little when you take it out.
- Now tumble the cup cake onto a plate and garnish it as you like. I decorated it with powder xucker and chocolate drops from Xucker.
