Ingredients

  • 250 g pork fillet (s)
  • 5 tablespoon lime juice
  • 5 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 large cloves garlic, chopped. about 1 1/2 tablespoon
  • 5 chilli pepper (s) (Thaichili), pitted and cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar, crushed (to taste)
  • Salad, cut into strips
  • 2 stalks coriander green, chopped (for sprinkling)
  • 1 lime (s), sliced

Instructions

  1. Arrange a bed of lettuce on a serving platter and garnish with the lime slices.
  2. First grind the garlic, then add the chili peppers and mash them too. Mix with the fish sauce, lime juice and palm sugar.
  3. Grill or fry the pork tenderloin. The meat also tastes delicious from the contact grill.
  4. Cut the fillet into thin slices, arrange on the bed of lettuce and drizzle evenly with the dressing.
  5. Sprinkle the coriander over the salad and serve immediately.
  6. Side dish: fragrant rice
