Ingredients

  • 1 kg low-fat quark
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 dash milk
  • 8 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 250 g berries (forest berries), frozen

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the quark with the milk, vanilla sugar, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide the mixture equally into 4 large dessert bowls.
  3. In each bowl, layer the ingredients: start with a layer of quark, sprinkle 2 teaspoons oatmeal over it, drizzle some honey on top, add another layer of quark, and continue alternating until the final layer is quark.
  4. Heat the frozen berries in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, or in a saucepan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, until warm and softened.
  5. Top each bowl with the warm berries and serve immediately.
