  • 200 g spelled flour (whole rain)
  • 100 g rye flour (whole rain)
  • 100 g rains, mixed (pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, poppy seeds, pine nuts, sunflower seeds etc.)
  • 1 pack dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients in the baking pan of the bread machine in the order shown.
  2. Depending on the bread maker:
