Ingredients
- 500 g meat sausae or Reensbur burer
- 2 onions)
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ vinegar - essence, light
- 4 tablespoon oil, neutral
- Salt and pepper, black
- sugar
- possibly cucumber (s), pickles or chives rolls

- Skin the sausage and cut into slices. Slice the onion into rings and mix with the vinegar essence, 300 ml water, salt and a pinch of sugar in a bowl. Fold in the sausage and 4 tablespoons of neutral oil, season with salt and pepper.
- If you like, you can fold in a few sliced pickles or sprinkle chives on the salad.
- There is also fresh farmer`s bread or pretzels.
