Ingredients

  • 500 g meat sausae or Reensbur burer
  • 2 onions)
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ vinegar - essence, light
  • 4 tablespoon oil, neutral
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • sugar
  • possibly cucumber (s), pickles or chives rolls

Instructions

  1. Skin the sausage and cut into slices. Slice the onion into rings and mix with the vinegar essence, 300 ml water, salt and a pinch of sugar in a bowl. Fold in the sausage and 4 tablespoons of neutral oil, season with salt and pepper.
  2. If you like, you can fold in a few sliced pickles or sprinkle chives on the salad.
  3. There is also fresh farmer`s bread or pretzels.
