Mushroom Casserole with Broccoli

Mushroom broccoli casserole is a simple yet sophisticated dish that perfectly decorates both everyday and festive tables.

Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 500 g champignons
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-1.5 cups sour cream (your choice)
  • 300 g cheese
  • vegetable oil
  • butter (200 g)
  • salt pepper

Directions

  1. Separately fry/simmer peeled mushrooms (in butter) for about 20 minutes;
  2. Separately simmer (without defrosting) broccoli in vegetable oil (15-20 minutes, until the “legs” are soft);
  3. 3. Put everything in one bowl, pouring omelet (mix sour cream with egg) and sprinkle with cheese;
  4. Put it in the oven (180 *) and cook the mushroom casserole for 15-20 minutes (until golden brown)
