Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 150 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon onion (s), finely weighed
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 75 ml cream, reduced fat
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 dumplings
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely weighed
  • some sauce thickener, light

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms and onion cubes in it. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and cream and let the sauce reduce a little. Tie up lightly with a sauce thickener. Add the dumplings and let them get hot in the sauce.
  2. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with parsley.
  3. The dish also tastes good with chanterelles.
