Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese, up to 1% fat
  • mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sauce thickener, light

Instructions

  1. Dice or slice the onion and mushrooms. Fry both in a pan in the oil. Add the vegetable stock and simmer briefly. Stir in the cream cheese. Season to taste with a little mustard, salt and pepper. Thicken a little with the sauce thickener.
