Ingredients

  • 80 g pasta, dry
  • 100 g tartare
  • 0.5 ½ pack mushrooms
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon Cremefine to refine
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 50 ml broth
  • curry
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cooking pasta.
  2. In the meantime, cut the spring onions into thin rings and the mushrooms into slices.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add the tartar and fry. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Add the spring onions and mushrooms. Pour in the broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in Cremefine and season again to taste.
  4. Add the pasta and enjoy.
