Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 2 bread rolls (whole grain)
  • 1 kg mushrooms, mixed
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • some margarine
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 5 tablespoon cheese, grated Gouda 4% F.i.Tr.
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt, 0.3% fat
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 1 teaspoon oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk and soak the rolls in it. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Chop the parsley. Finely dice the onions and mash the garlic clove.
  2. Sauté the onions in oil, add the mushrooms and simmer for about 10 minutes. Squeeze out the rolls well and stir in the breadcrumbs. The liquid should have evaporated. Remove from heat, let cool down a bit, mix with eggs, cheese, yoghurt and parsley and season.
  3. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  4. Green salads taste best with it
  5. 1.5 bread units per serving
