Ingredients

  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice from it
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Herbs (thyme, rosemary, oregano, mint, parsley)
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly chilli pepper (s) as required, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms. Then blanch in salted water with lemon juice and the bay leaf for approx. 5 minutes. Then drain and let cool. Place the mushrooms in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix. If possible, leave covered overnight until ready to be eaten.
  2. Tip: If you want, you can also fry the mushrooms instead of blanching them.
