Ingredients

  • 600 g mushrooms, brown or white
  • salt
  • 1 lemon (s), the juice it
  • 1 tablespoon oil

For the dressing:

  • 6 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon ketchup
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream, whipped until stiff
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, smooth, chopped

Instructions

  1. Steam the mushrooms in salted water with lemon juice and oil until soft. Take out, let cool, cut into slices and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup, fold in the whipped cream, season with pepper and parsley, pour over the salad and mix in.
