Mussels Fried with Garlic

Quite an unusual seafood dish will appeal to all connoisseurs of seafood. The recipe for a delicious and aromatic appetizer – mussels fried with garlic. They can be served warm or cold.

Ingredients

  • Mussels – 150 g
  • Green onions – 3 pcs.
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Fresh parsley – 3 sprigs
  • Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste

Directions

  1. To prepare a seafood snack, take mussels, green onion feathers, garlic, parsley, sunflower oil, salt, ground pepper, lemon juice.
  2. Defrost the frozen mussels. Pour water into a saucepan and boil it. Dip mussels in boiling water, cook for 3-4 minutes from the moment of boiling. Place on a sieve and drain off excess water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Place the boiled mussels in a skillet.
  4. Add finely chopped garlic. Season with spices and stir-fry the mussels with garlic, stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes, over medium heat.
  5. The fragrant seafood is ready. Drizzle over the mussels fried with garlic, lemon juice, sprinkle with chopped parsley and green onions.
