Ingredients
- 5 large onion (s), (diameter approx. 4cm)
- 3 bulbs garlic
- 6 kg mussel (s) (mussels)
- 4 bunches parsley
- 7 kg tomato (s), peeled, from the can
- Wine, white (approx. 7 tablespoon)
- 1 tablespoon pepper, white
- 3 tablespoon salt

- First chop the onions and garlic into small slices. Wash mussels in the water-filled sink.
- Steam the oil with onions and garlic for 15 minutes in a huge saucepan (about 20 liters).
- Now add the white wine and a minute later put the washed mussels with onions on top, do not stir.
- After 5 minutes, take the peeled tomatoes out of the tin and pour them onto the mussels.
- Mix the almost finished mussels. Now wait about 20 minutes and in the meantime chop the parsley and then add pepper and salt (seasoned) after 20 minutes.
- Then stir in the chopped parsley.
- Tip: add baguette bread to it
