Ingredients
- 1 small stewed cucumber (s)
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 1 tablespoon mustard, hotter
- 375 ml broth, (instant)
- 200 g cream
- salt

- Peel and dice the cucumber. Peel the onion and cut into very fine cubes.
- Heat the oil, fry the cucumber and onion in it over low heat.
- Add lemon juice, mustard and broth and reduce creamy over medium heat. Stir in the cream and season the sauce with salt.
- Goes well with fried fish and also with bratwurst.
