Ingredients

  • 15 egg (s)
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g mararine
  • 7 tablespoon mustard
  • possibly spice (s), as required
  • 5 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. First boil the eggs for only 2 minutes. Then quench and peel.
  2. Mix the mustard with the water, salt and sugar (so that you get about 1 liter or more. The eggs should be covered later).
  3. Heat a pan, let the margarine melt and stir in the flour. Let everything turn golden yellow and now add the mustard sauce, stirring vigorously, until a creamy sauce is formed. Let simmer gently. Add the eggs and cook everything for 5 minutes over low heat. Now add herbs as required.
  4. If you finish everything the night before, the eggs will pull through particularly well. Go with boiled potatoes or just bread (hot or cold).
