Ingredients

  • 8 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon honey, possibly more
  • 1 tablespoon dill, dried
  • vinegar (brandy vinegar)
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 egg (s), hard-boiled

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix well with a hand mixer. Then chop the hard-boiled eggs and whisk in. Season to taste as needed.
  2. Is one of the favorite sauces for fondue or raclette. Also tastes very good with a few eggs more than egg salad.
