Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon xylitol (sugar substitute), but normal sugar is also possible
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hesperide vinegar
- 3 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil
- 1 teaspoon special mustard, English, alternatively normal hot mustard
- 3 tablespoon salad herbs, freeze-dried

- Put all ingredients in an empty jam jar with a lid or in a shaker, shake well until the sugar and salt have dissolved.
- The amount is enough for about half a head of lettuce.
