Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon xylitol (sugar substitute), but normal sugar is also possible
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon hesperide vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon special mustard, English, alternatively normal hot mustard
  • 3 tablespoon salad herbs, freeze-dried

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in an empty jam jar with a lid or in a shaker, shake well until the sugar and salt have dissolved.
  2. The amount is enough for about half a head of lettuce.
