Ingredients
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 6 slices ham, cooked
- 1 can tomato (s) (pizza tomatoes)
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- some salt and pepper
- Spice Mix (Vegeta)
- some tomato paste

- Season the minced meat well. Then roll them into the 6 ham slices and place them in a saucepan (if there is any minced meat left, form small balls and add them to the saucepan).
- Mix together the pizza tomatoes, cream, sour cream and spices. Pour over the meat rolls and bring to the boil. Then simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes. Stir in some tomato paste to thicken.
- Noodles go very well with this.
