Ingredients

  • 30 cress (nasturtium) leaves, young if possible
  • 4 nasturtium flowers
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tangerine (s) or orange
  • some pepper, freshly ground from the mill
  • a bit salt
  • 1 handful walnuts, chopped, as needed

Instructions

  1. Cut the nasturtium leaves into fine strips. If there is still a bit of a handle, it doesn`t matter. Peel the tangerine or orange, remove the white skin and cut into small pieces. Then prepare a marinade with the remaining ingredients. Arrange the salad decoratively on two plates. Pour the sauce over it and decorate with the nasturtium flowers. If you want, you can also sprinkle a few fresh walnuts on top. Tastes extremely fine, the flowers are also very tasty. Try it out once.
