Ingredients
- 500 g jacket potato (s)
- 50 g bacon, leaner
- 1 small onion (s)
- 2 pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 bunch dill, fresher
- salt and pepper
- oil

- Peel the boiled jacket potatoes and cut into cubes or slices, dice the onions, bacon and pickles, and chop the dill.
- Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and put it in a bowl with the potatoes, onions, pickles and the fresh dill without frying fat. Season everything vigorously with oil, salt and pepper, as the potatoes absorb a lot of the seasoning.
- Let the whole thing steep a little and season again if necessary.
