For a springform pan (24cm)
Ground:
Preheat the oven, grease the springform pan.
Crumble the biscuits (e.g. in the bag with a rolling pin).
Melt the butter and mix with the amarettini crumbs.
Spread the mixture in the baking pan and press down well.
Bake in the oven at around 180 ° for 10 minutes.
Covering:
Chop 200 g chocolate and melt with Creme Double over low heat (if necessary, water bath).
Mix the cream cheese, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until smooth.
Stir in the cooled chocolate cream.
Spread the mixture on the amarettini base.
Spread smooth and put the cake in a cool place for approx. 6 hours.
Final:
Carefully remove the cake from the mold.
Slice the remaining 50 g of chocolate into fine shavings and garnish the cake with them, if necessary form a rim with amarettini.
