Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 100 g butter
- 100 g natural yourt
- 100 ml milk
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 2 pinches salt
- 100 g chocolate flakes, dark
- 20 g chocolate, crushed, sort to taste

- Mix the flour, baking powder, eggs, butter, yogurt, milk, sugar and salt into a batter. Finally mix in the chocolate flakes and chocolate. Divide into 16 equal sized dough pieces and shape into round balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with normal spacing, cut crosswise with a blunt knife and brush with the egg yolk-milk mixture.
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 175 ° convection.
