Ingredients
- 2 banana (s), nicely ripe
- 1 teaspoon cocoa
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter or peanut butter
- 100 ml milk, low-fat (or nut / coconut milk if you want it to be vegan)

- Cut the bananas into small pieces and freeze overnight.
- The next day, put the rest of the ingredients in a strong mixer (I did it with a hand blender - it works too, but it could be nicer) and puree to a creamy mass.
- If it is too firm - add some mineral water. If it is too soft - freeze a little more.
