Ingredients
- 1 can tuna
- 3 anchovies
- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 handful beans - kernels, boy
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
- Olives, black, pitted, as required
For the sauce:
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (red wine vinegar)
- salt
- pepper

- Chop the tuna and chop the anchovies. Quarter the tomatoes, under no circumstances should they be cut into slices. Put both together in a bowl. Add the beans, the washed, sliced cucumber and the quartered hard-boiled eggs. Add the olives.
- For the salad dressing, mix all the ingredients together, pour over the salad and mix well.
