Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 3 anchovies
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 handful beans - kernels, boy
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • Olives, black, pitted, as required

For the sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the tuna and chop the anchovies. Quarter the tomatoes, under no circumstances should they be cut into slices. Put both together in a bowl. Add the beans, the washed, sliced cucumber and the quartered hard-boiled eggs. Add the olives.
  2. For the salad dressing, mix all the ingredients together, pour over the salad and mix well.
