- 500 g veal liver sausae
- 2 onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 large apple, peeled, pitted, finely chopped
- 1 cup cream
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 5 pickles, finely chopped
- 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls
