No-bake Cheesecake with Ricotta

Who doesn’t know about cheesecake? I think that everyone knows and many have probably tried it, but have you prepared this wonderful dessert at home? If not, be sure to cook and treat your loved ones!

Ingredients

  • Cookies 250 gram
  • Butter 100 Grams
  • Ricotta 500 gram
  • Sour cream 200 gram
  • Cream 200 Milliliters
  • Lime 2 Pieces
  • Blueberry jam 500 Gram
  • Sugar 200 gram
  • Gelatin 4 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. Grind the cookies and mix with melted butter, and then tamp them into a cheesecake mold. We put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  2. Whip the cream with ricotta, sour cream, sugar, lime juice. Add gelatin (pre-soaked in cold water and then warmed up in a water bath) and blueberry jam. Mix everything.
  3. Fill the top with the filling and put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  4. Top with a little blueberry jam.
