No baked Cheesecake with Jelly

This delicate dessert that melts in your mouth is amazingly suitable for a festive table, for example, a children’s birthday or another similar holiday. Make the kids happy and cook them a delicious dessert!
Ingredients
- Nuts 50 Gram
- Butter 80 grams
- Flour 110 gram
- Sugar 100 gram
- Cream cheese 450 Gram
- Cream 200 Milliliters
- Orange juice 300 Milliliters
- Sugar powder 100 grams
- Gelatin 30 Gram
Directions
- Grind the nuts with a blender.
- Mix the nuts, sugar, sifted flour, and melted butter into a dough.
- We put the dough in a mold and tamp it carefully. We put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- For soufflé, soak 2 bags of gelatin in 6 tablespoons. water, for jelly – 1 sachet of gelatin in 3 tablespoon. water.
- Bring the orange juice with sugar to a boil, put the gelatin there. Stir and remove from heat.
- Cooking soufflé. To do this, mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and add cream and orange juice.
- Heat 2 bags of gelatin over low heat, then pour it into the soufflé and beat thoroughly. Pour half of the soufflé into the mold and send to freeze in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. We put the rest of the soufflé in a container with warm water.
- Now comes a layer of orange jelly, we also put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
- Pour the remaining soufflé on top. We keep the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- We take the cheesecake out of the mold and serve.
