Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in oil until it is grainy. Prepare the peppers and onions, cut them into approx. 1.5 cm pieces and fry them in oil in a second pan (not too soft!).
  2. Cut or press the garlic into small pieces, core the chilli, cut into small pieces and add. Season both contents of the pan well with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  3. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente and then put it off briefly, otherwise it will stick. Heat the tomatoes in a large saucepan, crush them and add the sour cream.
  4. Add all the pre-cooked ingredients to the tomatoes, always adding the pasta at the end. Add the finely chopped mint, stir until everything is evenly mixed and serve.
  5. Since I`m not a big rice fan, this is a very good alternative in terms of appearance and taste. Tastes even better a day later.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
