Ingredients

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 20 g tomato ketchup
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 100 g pasta, whole wheat pasta (weihed raw), e.., Spirali or Penne Lisce
  • 400 g tomato (s)
  • 400 g red pepper (s)
  • 100 g zucchini
  • Herbal salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the wholemeal pasta as usual until firm to the bite and allow to cool.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the sour cream, ketchup, finely diced shallots and the pressed garlic.
  3. Dice the cleaned peppers and zucchini, cut the tomatoes into pieces. Stir everything.
  4. Finally, add the cooled whole wheat pasta and season the salad with herb salt and pepper.
