Ingredients

  • 500 g beef for oulash
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 100 g beans, reen (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 bell peppers (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 large carrot
  • 300 g pasta, (spiral pasta)
  • 250 ml balsamic vinegar or red wine
  • 2 liters vegetable broth or beef broth
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the package instructions and then set aside.
  2. Cut the beef, carrot and onion into small pieces. Cut the peppers into strips.
  3. Fry the onions, carrots and meat in a little oil. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar or red wine, then fill up with broth. Add the beans and peppers and bring everything to a boil.
  4. Simmer on a low flame until the meat is soft, then mix with the noodles and let simmer for a short time until the noodles are hot again.
  5. Serve and serve with bread.
