Ingredients

  • 750 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 g fusilli
  • 175 g smoked tofu
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable stock in a large pan. Add the pasta and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Chop the tofu and add it with the frozen peas. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the oil and soy sauce and serve.
