  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 kg flour
  • 125 g lard

Instructions

  1. Crumble the yeast into the milk and let stand covered for 10 minutes.
  2. Sift the flour into a large mixing bowl and make a well in the middle. Add the yeast milk, lard, eggs and salt, and then knead everything well until the dough comes off the mixing bowl and your hands. If necessary, add a little more flour. Then cover the dough and let rise in a warm place for double the amount (approx. 30 minutes).
  3. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
