  • 500 g rhubarb
  • water
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pck.pudding powder, red grits

Instructions

  1. Peel the rhubarb and cut into small pieces. Cook with 500ml water and the sugar for about 10 minutes until the rhubarb disintegrates. Mix the groats with a dash of water and fold in. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  2. Simply serve with milk. Simply delicious and a hit with the children.
