Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from flour, sugar, salt, egg and butter. Cut the nougat into small cubes. Remove marble-sized pieces from the dough, place 1 piece of nut nougat in the middle, seal the dough over it. Shape into a ball and roll in brittle.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 12 minutes. Then let cool on a wire rack.
