Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 g butter
  • 150 g hazelnuts, round

For the filling:

  • 200 g nouat, nut

For decoration:

  • Chocolate cake icing

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients into a smooth dough and put in a cool place.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly and cut or wheel into squares of approx. 3 cm. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 170 degrees for approx. 8-10 minutes.
  3. Spread the filling on half of the cooled cookies and heat the nougat. Place the remaining diamonds on top and press down a little.
  4. Melt the chocolate icing in a double boiler. Dip the cookies in with one corner each.
