Instructions

  1. Mix the oat flakes, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, cocoa and cinnamon well in a bowl.
  2. (Of course, all other nuts are also suitable for the muesli, this is just an example.)
  3. Put vegetable oil with honey in a coated pan and heat.
  4. Then add the nut-cocoa mixture, stir well and roast for approx. 5 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Let the finished muesli cool down properly and then fill it into a sealable container (Tupperware jar, glass container).
  6. We prefer to eat it with milk, although the cocoa makes the milk really chocolaty, but of course it also tastes good with yogurt.
  7. As a special highlight, we occasionally add fresh fruit.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
