Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 100 g suar
  • 125 g mararine
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

For covering:

  • 500 g apples, (thinly sliced)
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 4 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 200 g hazelnuts, round
  • 4 egg (s), including the egg white

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from the first ingredients, place in a springform pan and cover with thin apple slices. Process the other ingredients one after the other to form a batter. Spread evenly over the apples.
  2. At 170 ° C approx. 60 min. to bake. Let cool in the mold for at least 10 minutes. (Tip: do not open the oven door too early, otherwise it will collapse.)
