  • 100 g suar
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g hazelnuts, round
  • 4 drops bitter almond flavor
  • 0.5 ½ cup couverture

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead into a dough. Chill the dough for about 10 minutes.
  2. Shape the dough into finger-thick rolls and cut into pieces approx. 4 cm long. Place the sticks on a baking sheet and bake at 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
  3. While the cookies are baking in the oven, the couverture is melted in lukewarm water. When the cookies are ready, the ends are coated with it.
