  • 75 grams sugar
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 6 tablespoon milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 200 g nuts, (round)
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate, grated
  • 4 tablespoon rum
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. For the dough:
  2. Mix the quark, milk, oil and salt in a bowl until smooth, sift the flour and baking powder into the quark mixture. Work the quark and oil dough together quickly.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  4. For the fullness:
  5. Mix the ingredients for the filling in a bowl (if necessary, add a little milk or other liquid until the mixture can be spread), spread on the dough stain, roll up the dough from both sides. Carefully cut the dough roll lengthways with a knife, then braid together. Cut the top of the braid with the knife so that the braid can pop open when baking.
