Ingredients

  • 375 ml water, lukewarm
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 375 g whole spelled flour or whole wheat flour
  • 125 g wholemeal rye flour
  • 100 g hazelnuts, round
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pack dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in the baking tray in the correct order, salt and yeast separately.
  2. Settings:
  3. Whole grains, choose quickly if possible
  4. Size: 750 - 1000 g
  5. Browning: medium
  6. Tip: You can also use sour cream or buttermilk instead of yogurt.
  7. I prefer to bake bread with spelled flour because I believe that it dries out faster with wheat flour.
