Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g hazelnuts, round
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 drops bitter almond flavor
  • 250 g flour
  • 4 teaspoons, leveled baking powder

  • 150 ml milk

For the cast:

  • 200 g powdered suar, sifted
  • 2 tablespoon coffee, cooked (espresso or strong coffee)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • some water, hot, if necessary

Instructions

  1. Mix the first six dough ingredients. Then add eggs and milk and mix everything with the mixer to a dough. Spread the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C hot air (good medium heat) for approx. 20 minutes.
