Ingredients

  • 100 g hazelnuts, whole, peeled
  • 300 g suar, brown
  • 375 ml amaretto
  • 375 ml vodka
  • 50 ml water

Instructions

  1. Heat the water, the hazelnuts and the sugar in a saucepan, stirring constantly, until the sugar is caramelized. Take off the stove and let it cool down. Stir in the amaretto and vodka. Put together with the nuts in a carafe. Let it steep for at least 2 weeks.
  2. However, the longer it can steep the liqueur gains in flavor.
